They each have very basic elements that anyone can use especially if you are just starting out with storytelling.

I am not going to lie. I am struggling a little bit the past few days being positive. Factors that are both in and out of my control are definitely having a toll on my mood. Unfortunately my schedule does not allow for a mental health day today so I turned on some happy music and had a little dance party with myself next to my desk. I feel much better shaking it like a polaroid picture and getting out of my own head for just a few minutes before getting back to work.
