The process to do full reporting took a little work, but eventually the nonprofit automated it enough so that it wasn’t arduous, and it allowed them to have 6 full time case management and other staff that helped 300 people per year. If you work in the live performing arts, visuals arts or noncommerical media . . . Instead of grasping the easy to say - but often meaningless - solution ( More Facebook ads, More new work, More people of color) it's your job to find answers that work within the context of your unique situation. and don't spend most of your time in a state of confusion . . . then you simply aren't considering the issues deeply enough.
