Whether your nonprofit is considering switching email campaign service providers (ESPs)-or signing up for a service in the first place-there are a number of factors to keep in mind. The market is saturated with providers waiting in line to tell you why their service is superior. But, how do you choose a new vendor? How do you know whether it's worth switching at all?
