I've been emailing with Shana Rieger, the social media program manager at InfoComm International. We launched our site, InfoComm Community , in June 2008 at our tradeshow. It's worth checking out the podcasts of the panels from the Making Your Media Matter conference, presented by the Center for Social Media. My heroes!
