With all the blog posts I’ve done on Twitter for nonprofits , you know I’m having a blast with Twitter. even used Twitter to rewrite a fundraising appeal! Twitter isn’t a popularity contest. Twitter isn’t about how many followers you have. Interact with them. Engage twitter

Launched in March 2007 by founders Trip Adler, Jared Friedman, and Tikhon Bernstam, the platform now has greated that 50 million readers every month, with over 50,000 documents uploaded every day, and is available in 90 different languages. This looks like a great community, that I look forward to interacting with more. Cheers!

It’s unfortunately that time of year again when my post frequency is hindered as a result of “March Madness (year-end for government clients). SiteVolume (site seems to be down right now - March 1st, 09). The Bank of Canada has a wiki, a fake blog, a Flickr account (for press to get pics from) and a Twitter account.
