guess I'm skeptical that any of them are going to make enough of a difference to be worth the trouble. Because it's bigger than he realizes, and it could make a difference. They could easily could make a difference. Sometimes the smart thing to do is cut your losses. That's my inclination, I notice. Just to see what happens.

One or two or three or five sushi bars that's sustainable is not going to really change the world.BUT if I can convince enough people to change JUST A LITTLE BIT - it MAKES a HUGE DIFFERENCE."
