One major problem today with Getting People To Do What You Want Them To Do is that often, you may be speaking with a customer service rep located in India or the Philippines in a massive call center. remember one call where I was dealing with the phone company in a situation where I’d really gotten the shaft on my bill. That’s it!

The company's focus is developing search technology. Google India google.co.in Search the whole web or only webpages from India. Here's the rub.
