This weekend I am with over 110 consumer researchers at the Second Transformative Consumer Research Conference at Villanova University (flashbacks to dorm life and all!) SO thanks to Marv Goldberg , here I am along with a few other people I know from the social marketing community: Alan Andreasen , Sonja Greer and Debra Scammon.
What insights, opportunities and projects does transformative consumer research offer people and organizations who work to improve the lives of people identified as being in an 'at risk' group ? That was the assignment for our small group that met at the Second Annual Transformative Research Conference.
