I’m not sure if this is exactly what Beth was getting at, but sort of in that vein, the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance on Friday launched what they’re calling the Cultural Engagement Index (CEI). It was commissioned by the Cultural Alliance with support from The Wallace Foundation and The Philadelphia Foundation.
