During last week’s webinar on Creating a Social Media Policy for Your Nonprofit , we used the Policy Tool for Social Media to create a rough draft of a policy. The online interview in the tool includes 12 questions, and I asked the 30 or so webinar participants to pick the answers via GoToWebinar polling.

Yesterday I attended a workshop organized by one of my favorite bloggers (and NTC roomie) Nancy Schwartz on how you deal with branding issues for your organization within social media. The panel featured Danielle Brigida, National Wildlife Federation; Felicia Carr, National Parks Conservation Association; and Wendy Harman, American Red Cross.

ASHA and Facebook The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association just surpassed 2,000 Facebook fans. Hubspot and Twitter Hubspot is leveraging Twitter to gather questions for their webinars. Everyone who tweets a question is spreading the word about both Hubspot and the webinar content to their followers on Twitter. Kudos!
