Remember how developers were going to offer free and low-cost space to artists and arts groups on Philadelphia ’s fabled South Street ? One artist even told me she was given my number by someone in Philadelphia city government! Howard Lander and Steve Giannascoli of Triad Realty figured that unrented space shouldn’t go unused.
